About

Amba exists to solve challenging security problems. We work with governments, commercial companies and high net-worth individuals to implement strategies that protect assets and reduce operational risks.

Amba Defence was formed in 2013 when Shires Crichton put together a team to work on a series of security projects in the UK and the Middle East. Initially, Amba acquired Ground Hawk Ltd, who were developing a range of innovative security technology; and RMS (CTAC) Integrated Solutions Ltd, a 24/7/365 alarm receiving centre.

In the following years, Amba's UK-based engineering business grew to monitor and support thousands of commercial security systems. Internationally, our security consultants gained experience working on projects for embassies, top hotel brands and prominent leisure developments.

Today, Amba focuses on security design for high-level end users. Our client base is international, but we retain a commitment to fostering British innovation and know-how.

Our head office is located on the beautiful Farncombe Estate, near Broadway, in the Cotswolds. Our ethos is about loyalty to every single client and complete commitment to the work we are conducting to secure their assets.
