Security and Policing is the UK’s Premier Security and Law Enforcement Event - 8th to 10th March at FIVE, Farnborough.
Since its inception over 30 years ago Security & Policing has provided a platform for defence professionals to engage with the very highest level of security expertise. The event continuously develops in size and scope and exists to provide the level of industry engagement needed to enable UK Government to procure and deliver its national security priorities.
Amba is exhibiting alongside ISSEE in the continuation of a strategic partnership established in 2015. We will be taking the opportunity to showcase Manta - the market leading under vehicle inspection system. Manta is a portable or fixed under vehicle inspection system used to quickly and accurately identify suspect objects attached to the underside of vehicles.
The link-up with ISSEE, world-leaders in Homeland Security solutions, connects our security technology with the people who count on it every day. ISSEE’s operational training capability enables our customers to receive high quality, relevant training in the technical use and operation of our equipment without separate contracts or conflicting advice. For the Manta Under Vehicle Inspection System, this means operators are prepared for the scenarios they might encounter while using it - from the protocol to follow should an IED or weapon be detected through to drug smuggling and people trafficking.
Under vehicle inspection is closely linked to the Border Force area of the expo, which focuses on detecting concealments in trucks, trailers and cargo that could be used to smuggle illicit goods or people.
The Home Office Security & Policing event is free to attend, but there is no general admittance. All visitors are subject to Home Office approval and must register in advance.
