Our client Lighthouse Security is a global company, located in the heart of the Cotswolds and is built on core values gained from working alongside the military and specialist protection companies. Tim Jensen at Lighthouse Security approached Amba last year with a particular challenge surrounding a High Net Worth Private Client. Their client was alarmingly subject to a robbery, to which Lighthouse responded immediately with a full deployment of Manned Security detail 24 hours a day, whilst they designed and implemented an Avigilon CCTV System.
Following the incident, a number of meetings took place between both company Directors, with Amba being enlisted to provide enhanced security consultancy advice and services. As part of our consultancy services, a technical site survey of the new installed CCTV system was undertaken and subsequently made a number of recommendations on the existing Intruder Alarm Systems and Access Control, which will be integrated into the wider security solution.
We are delighted that Amba was specifically selected to work with Lighthouse on this project, because of our expertise in the niche field of 24/7 CCTV monitoring, the management of the security solutions and system analytics; including ongoing programming in conjunction with the site security protocol for High Net Worth individuals.
Both Lighthouse and Amba continue to work together and are currently collaborating on a number of new assignments throughout the Cotswolds and London in particular, to provide tailored security services to clients which is recognised by many of our installers as a crossover between security control room and technical support.
Our involvement and guidance on security solutions is deemed a highly valuable service among all our patrons, as it allows installers to focus their efforts on installation only - taking away the worry of day to day technical complexities that lie in system performance.
